New identity & website strategy brings new corporate event clients

It was a great experience working with Reward and we’re really happy with the results.
Marketing and Events Coordinator
Payal Events came to us with an underperforming website with no clear user journey meaning the site wasn’t generating enquiries and it wasn’t ranking for keywords the business was targeting because of an ineffective SEO strategy. The brand identity was aimed primarily at just one audience and so other key audiences weren’t being reached effectively. We needed to create a new brand identity more inline with the corporate market the company wanted to target and produce a website that worked more effectively to generate more leads.

A new brand identity & website
When Payal came to us, their identity was confused with clashing colours, typography and messages. We worked with them to create a simple, crisp identity that worked for both the wedding and corporate markets the business was targeting. As a specialist in Asian events and weddings, the imagery used by the brand is rich and vibrant, we needed an identity that allowed that imagery to sing by using bold typography and a simple black and white identity.
Our relationship with Payal has gone from strength to strength. Starting out as a branding project, the team at Payal were impressed with the way we worked and thought we were the right people to take their brand forward. We worked with Payal to manage their search marketing strategy. In the competitive search market, we have been able to increase rankings, traffic and enquiries from the site.
A clean, crisp and contemporary brand identity was introduced which was implemented across all marketing material. As part of the website redesign process we created a new user journey to create a clear path for users to enquire through the new Payal website. Our SEO project helped get multiple keywords onto page one including key target “luxury event management” leading to a 112% increase in organic search traffic to the new site
