York based lean consultancy Lean Practice needed to move away from their old brand name MSP Leadership, working together over the past 18 months we have redesigned their brand, website and marketing materials to create a fresh identity focused on driving the brand forward to become the leading lean consultancy in the UK.
Our work with Lean Practice has extended across brand identity, website design, content creation and marketing material design.

Think startup over corporate
Most consultancy brands speak in a different language – Lean Practice needed a brand that looked professional but also fresh, modern and bold. The result is a clean brand identity carried through across marketing channels with a toned down colour palette and imagery style putting the message forward first without distracting graphics and colour.
As part of the branding project, we produced templated designs to help the Lean Practice team deliver their work consistently. Once the basics were in place to build a strong brand toolkit of templates and material we have been working with Lean Practice to put together regular content marketing campaigns, most recently working on their “Making Improvement Work” content campaign.
We worked on this project from start to finish with content writing, designing and printing of the whitepaper download and promoting the content through social media and paid ads.
We continue to work with Lean Practice to produce all of their marketing material and manage their ongoing marketing campaigns. Our relationship based on shared values, transparency and open communication has helped us build a relationship that produces results we’re both proud of.
